Reason # 5: I want to show my son what real community, purpose, and compassion look like.
Our kids learn from what we show them.
I want him to grow up seeing love in action… seeing people show up for one another… and knowing that kindness is real strength.

And when he gets older, he’ll understand that his mama fought her own silent battles too…
but even in those moments, I still chose love.
I still chose compassion.
And I still chose to show up for others.🫂

Reason #4: Because love is more than words — it’s how we show up for people who need it.
So many people walk around carrying battles they never speak about… and sometimes God lets you feel that weight so you can show up for them.
Love isn’t just saying “I care.”
Love is being there… especially for the ones who don’t know how to ask.
And the truth is — somebody out there is praying for a kind of love you already have to give.

I will give my all to this event.
