Lifted by Love is deeply inspired by the historic Black principle of “lifting as we climb.”

For generations, Black communities survived and thrived through mutual aid, shared responsibility, and collective care. Long before formal systems existed, Black families and organizations stepped in for one another — feeding children, supporting elders, protecting dignity, and creating opportunities where none were provided.

Lifted by Love carries this legacy forward.

It is a continuation of a tradition where love was expressed through action, and community care was not optional — it was necessary.
